Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Return Type

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your band for a different style or size, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue your refund within 3-5 business days.
